I have found Eric Keith to be one of the best executive producers with whom I have ever worked. He seems to have an innate sense of when to offer counsel or criticism and when to stop talking! Too many in his position try to steer or muscle projects into pre-conceived slots. Eric is smart enough to realize that square pegs indeed do not belong in round holes and that a project has to breathe and be what it is and what it will become. He steers effectively without forcing. He has a great sense of what economic and creative pieces can be combined in order to create a whole - not a small thing in an age of stuck in a rut thinking.

He has a great eye for material and is very savvy in its analysis, which helps account for the fact that he brings in quality people and projects and is adept at guiding business development of each project. He is also versed in financing techniques, from equity and debt finance to tax incentives and tax treaties, and is not afraid to think creatively if the standard solutions don’t work - a priceless skill. Eric is legitimately great with people and can seemingly speak meaningfully with anyone. It is always clear he cares. Finally, I have always been very impressed, as a fellow executive producer/producer, with the fact that he is never afraid to reach out to absolutely anyone, no matter who they might be, in order to get a project moved down the road.
